The parliamentary member and the bureaucratic member of JVP Mr.Anura Kumara Disanayaka said that the budget of 2010 is the most ludicrous budget ever presented in Sri Lankan history.

He further said that the budget presented yesterday didn't contain the budget proposals and it is only a summary of the annual report of the central bank.

Having designated a deputy minister to a post of acting financial minister, the president has escaped from presenting the budget to the parliament. He added further.
